4 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Council President Guarino, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 309-19 309-19 Resolution Authorizing a Memorandum of Agreement between the West Orange Public Library and the Township of West Orange (Legal-Trenk) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 311-19 311-19 Resolution Authorizing the Local Finance Board Application Pursuant to the Provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:12A- 67(g) and 40A:12A-29(a)(3) for its Approval of the Issuance by the Township of West Orange Not-to-Exceed $4,500,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Non-Recourse Redevelopment Area Bonds (Legal-Cofoni) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Guarino, the above referenced resolution was approved.
