All members voting “Aye”. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on November 22, 2011.
