5 Resolution Authorizing the Professional and Environmental Engineering Services of the Firm Birdsall Services Group, Eatontown, NJ of Block 159.08, Lots 53 and 55, Wiley Terrace and Edgewood Avenue for a Fee of $7,500 (Tabled ) Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by CouncilmanKrakoviak, the above mentioned resolution was tabled until the January 3, 2012 council meeting. Councilman Anderton, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Krakoviak and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye”. Council President Spango voting “Nay”. Resolution #294-11 Resolution Authorizing a Sixth Amendment to the Agreement with the NJ Medical School Global Tuberculosis Institute of UMDMJ for the Period Between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012 at the Rate of $4,356 for TB Services Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by Council President Spango, the above mentioned resolution, as amended, was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the meeting was recessed until the January 3, 2011 Council Meeting.
