MINUTES TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT REGULAR MEETING June 18, 2020 The West Orange Zoning Board of Adjustment held a meeting on June 18, 2020 commencing 8:00 PM utilizing the virtual Zoom platform+. Chairman Neuer called the meeting to order at approximately 8:00 P.M. It was announced that notification of this meeting was given to the Township Clerk, the West Orange Chronicle and the Star Ledger and posted on the Township Bulletin Board in accordance with the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act.” Chairman Neuer asked everyone to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. PRESENT: J. Eben, D. Gabry, P. Neuer. B. Quentzel, J. Redwine W. Steinhart, M. Straker, M. Sussman, A. Weiss ABSENT: I. Schwarzbaum (excused) ALSO PRESENT: Paul Grygiel, Acting Planning Director for the Township Greg Valesi, Acting Township Engineer Alice Beime, Esq:, Board Attomey Rose DeSena, Board Secretary Harvey Grossman, Esq., Public Advocate ANNOUNCEMENTS Future Meetings: July 16, 2020 (regular meeting) August 20, 2020 (regular meeting) September 17, 2020 (regular meeting) Chairman Neuer announced for the record that Ronda Reinstein will be the designated official court reporter for this meeting. Chairman Neuer also noted for the record that if anyone requests a copy of the transcript for this meeting, they must contact Ms. Reinstein directly to purchase it from her because Ms. Reinstein is not billing the township for her services this evening:
