Board Attorney Continuation: Motion: Chairman Weston Second: Councilwoman McCartney Bagoff: Y Wilkes: Y Johnson (Alt 1): Y Williams: Absent Klein: Absent Chairman Weston: Y McCartney: Y Smeraldo: Y 7 yes, 3 absent Trenk: Y Wegner: Absent Interim Board Secretary Continuation: Motion: Chairman Weston Second: Councilwoman McCartney Bagoff: Y Wilkes: Y Johnson (Alt 1): _Y Williams: Absent Klein: Absent Chairman Weston: Y McCartney: Y Smeraldo: Y 7 yes, 3 absent Trenk: Y Wegner: Absent DISCUSSION e Presentation and discussion on proposed Sustainability Ordinances e Mr. Grygiel sworn in * Chairman Weston stated that the Board has been discussing these possible sustainability ordinance ideas for many months to implement green measures outlined in the 2019 Master Plan Reexamination and he would like to keep this process moving. ¢ Chairman Weston made a motion that the Board direct our Planner and Board Attorney to prepare a resolution based on Mr. Grygiel’s draft recommended ordinances in his June 2020 memorandum on the subject. ¢ Chairman Weston asked the Board Secretary to issue Mr. Grygiel’s June 2020 Sustainability Ordinance to Board members for their review in advance of the draft resolution being prepared for next meeting.
