3 Resolution Authorizing the Temporary Budget – 2012 Resolution #6-12 Resolution Authorizing the Township to Obtain the Services of Matrix New World Engineering, Inc., 120 Eagle Rock Avenue, Suite 207, West Orange, NJ 07936 to Perform Preliminary Environmental Assessment Reports for Lots 53 and 55 in Block 159.08 – Wiley Terrace and Edgewood Avenue and Lot 55.04, Lot 18-7 Belgrade Terrace for a Fee of $4,200.00 Ordinances on Second and Final Reading - None Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance #2344-12 On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilman Anderton, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTION 7- 23.1, TURN PROHIBITIONS, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE – 464 EAGLE ROCK AVENUE, was taken up on first reading by title only. All members voting “Aye”. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on January 17, 2012. All members voting “Aye”.
