Low Income Requirements- For the Third Round low- moderate income split, West Orange has exceeded the low /moderate income split. The Fair Share Plan contains 347 affordable units of which 202 are low income units. 3. Rental Requirement/Family Requirement- West Orange has a rental obligation of 106 units, All of the affordable units are rental units and 268 units are for families. 4.Age-Restricted Cap- West Orange has not exceeded the 25 percent age- restricted cap requirement. VII. Consideration of Sites Not in the Plan As is required by the Fair Housing Act, the Township considered all sites offered by developers for the construction of affordable housing. All of the sites have been included in the plan. VIII. Affirmative Marketing Plan West Orange has amended its Affirmative Marketing Plan and added to the list of community and regional organizations the FSHC, New Jersey State Conference of the NAACP, Latino Action Network, East Orange NAACP, Newark NAACP, Morris County NAACP, Elizabeth NAACP and the Supportive Housing Association.
