5 Resolution Authorizing a Settlement Agreement on Behalf of License No. 0722-33-059-008 Rustica Restaurant and Lounge, 274 Main Street, West Orange, NJ Kyle Fisher, Esq, Antonelli Kantor, PC, Livingston, NJ conducted a hearing regarding the charges against the licensee Ms. Yolanda Barreto and the settlement agreed upon. Ken Kayser, Asst. Township Attorney swore Ms. Barreto in for the record. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members voting “Aye.” On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President Casalino, the Council adjourned as the ABC Board and entered into their Public Meeting. All members voting “Aye.” At 12 midnight., on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the Council Meeting was adjourned. All members voting “Aye.
