All members voting “Aye.” Resolution(s) removed from the Consent Agenda Resolution 63-21 f. 63-21 Resolution Authorizing a Settlement Agreement between Kevin Malanga and the Township of West Orange Regarding Approximately Twelve (12) Acres on Ridge Road and the Carriage Home in the Ridge Road Vicinity (the “Potential Open Space”) (Legal-Trenk) A Motion to Table this resolution was made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Rutherford and Council President Matute Brown voting “Nay.” Councilwoman McCartney and Councilwoman Williams voting “Aye.” The motion was defeated. A Motion to Defeat this resolution was made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Matute-Brown. All members voting “Aye.” The motion was carried.
