7 Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion Lenny Lepore gave an update on the Degnan Field Improvements Project, explaining that a change order is required due to some unforeseen obstacles that the contractor encountered. Also discussed was the possibility of in person meetings. At this time, a motion was made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney to recess the Council meeting and enter into an ABC Hearing.
