After speaking with Mr. McPherson, wanted to make sure this is adopted and added to all conditions as opposed to taking time and reading it into the record/put at the resolution as the latter is always sent to the applicant. If at any time an applicant disagrees with any of these conditions, they can bring it before the board for discussion. But the conditions are basic and make sense in applications.
