-Vice Chairman Wilkes asked about the five apartments and management suite and walkability. Ms. Johannesen said with the property being the way that it is there is no ability to walk entirely through complex. -Mr. Jerry Guarino asked about waste removal. Is that going to be municipal or private contractor? Ms. Johannesen said that she believes it will be public removal, however, if needed, client will have supplemental private hauling so that there is no trash issue for this residence. Mr. Guarino asked if the lighting will be accrued. Ms. Johannesen confirmed that it is for acsthetics. In more detail, there will be lighting around to light the walkways and the front entrance -Mr. Lee Klein asked ow many of the apartments are ADA accessible? Ms. Johannesen answered that there will be one on the first floor. -Councilwoman McCartney talked about the property managers unit. Is that going to livable space or is that going to be for storage. Ms. Johannesen answered that it's where electric and water room accesses, meters will be as well as the single condensing unit and the trash cans designated for the property manager, not as living unit. I should be clear this is the main office for the property. There might be a little space for maintenance. For snow shovels, things like that, but it's a functional space, hot in living space. Councilwoman McCartney asked for some follow up to getting he trash recycling outside, how will that get rolled out to the curb? Ms. Johannesen said that they are similar to the residential style containers (large plastic ones with the lids ) lined up so residents can flip open, put your trash in, maintenance will reel them out. There will be a double gate to bring them out to the sidewalk. Which will be picked up and then returned to the side yard behind the gates when emptied. Councilwoman McCartney followed up by asking , “So it's not a livable unit, but there will be a maintenance person there to handle the trash and recyclirlg.” Ads. Johannesen answered in the affirmative. -Mr. Peter Smeraldo said that he’s mostly concerned about the firewall, sprinkler, CO2 alarm, and handicapped button door. Ms. Johannesen said that the building is fully sprinklered with an automatic fire suppression system throughout the building. Mr. Smeraldo suggested a condition that's somewhat noted or wherever the connectioti is so that this way, if it

is fully sprinklered with an automatic fire suppression system throughout the building. Mr. Smeraldo suggested a condition that's somewhat noted or wherever the connectioti is so that this way, if it does have to be shuttled prograrhi water that there is a some kind of notice. Mr. Smeraldo asked if there's any FTC going to be installed in the system was just going to be based on street Ms. Johannesen said that she can't comment on that, but if it is required it will be provided and signed accordingly. Mr. Smeraldo then asked about the handicap access and whether there will be some kind of assistance on getting in? Ms. Johannesen said that it's not planned for it with 188 compliant unit. It'll be a residential door that will have the proper clearances on the pull and push side as well as the closure will be a barrier free so it complies with all the code requirements without needing to go to an automated type entry system. -Mr. Lee Klein asked just to follow up on the on the trash collection for clarification so whatever size garbage can is required that's what will be provided arid they'll just be sitting on a pad exposed to the raccoons or some kind of enclosure. Over an enclosure is not proposed for this, and it's not anticipated that these are cans that someone is to physically carry out. Ms. Johannesen said that they would be wheeled out to the curb and be compatible with whatever the requirements are for the hauling company.
