All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2660-21 On motion made by Councilman Rutherford and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, Bond Ordinance Providing for the Acquisition of Real Property Commonly Known as Block 174, Lot 1 from the Crestmont Country Club, by and in the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey Appropriating $4,700,000 from the Open Space Trust Fund Therefor and Authorizing the Issuance of $4,476,000 Bonds or Notes of the Township to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 28, 2021.
