All members voting “Aye.” Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance 2652-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-32.2, Restricted Parking Zones, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange – Handicapped Parking Spot – 14 Glennon Place was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 14, 2021. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2653-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, An Ordinance of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, New Jersey Approving an Application for a Long- Term Tax Exemption and Authorizing the Execution of a Financial Agreement with Tompkins Street Apartments Urban Renewal, LLC was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 14, 2021. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2654-21 On motion made by Council President Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, An Ordinance Supplementing Chapter 4, and Establishing Chapter 4, Section 40 of the General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, Entitled “West Orange Township Civilian Complaint Review Board” was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 14, 2021. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2655-21 On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Section 15.3 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Department of Fire – Composition) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 14, 2021. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2656-21 Councilwoman Casalino made a motion to amend the ordinance, there was no second. The motion failed.
