Revision of Planning Board Rules and Regulations (Adopted and Signed)

NOW THEREFORE, the Board makes the following findings of fact, based upon the evidence presented at the public hearing, at which a record was made. i, The proposed pro-forma suggested conditions would be applicable to the extent that they do not conflict with the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL) or any other applicable laws. 2. The Board’s Rules and Regulations will be amended to include the proposed pro- forma conditions as suggested conditions that the Applicant will be invited to stipulate to either prior to or during the public hearing on the application. 3. None of these conditions are to be considered a waiver of any already applicable laws or regulations applicable to land use applications to the Board. 4. Many of the proposed suggested conditions are already applicable. NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Planning Board of the Township of West Orange: 1. The Board’s Rules and Regulations shall be amended by the Board’s Secretary to reflect the changes made and highlighted in Exhibit A starting on page 4 of this document.
