McPherson III and started presentation based on the 2019 Condemnation area. The area already determined in need of redevelopment plan o Criteria: 1) Exercise of eminent domain 2) Tax - Analysis of Block 116 and Lot 44 (Commercial building with an auto shop and multiple storefronts vacant.
