NO PUBLIC QUESTIONS DISCUSSION -Chairman Neuer asked how Mr. Hendricks intends to repair concrete. Mr. Hendricks stated that he intends to patch holes, seal coating, and restripe. NO PUBLIC COMMENT Chairman Neuer made a motion to approve application with the following conditions: - Re-siding with vinyl - Checklist waiver granted; no loading space waiver granted; - No obligation for COAH - Garage will only be a storage shed - Cracked pavement fixed - Asphalt replaced - Sidewalk on the Eastside replaced - Plans with revised drawings provided 10 days prior to the August 19, 2021 meeting. - Tenant parking spaces shown in the plans.
