Pleasant Avenue Minor site plan amendment Chairman Weston read the resolution and explained that the application was an amended technical site plan to add a generator pad and an awning, He stated it was heard at the Technical Review meeting on April 16", After reading the conditions to the resolution, Chairman Weston asked if there were any questions. Mr. Gurland asked how big the generator was, Director Borg gave Mr. Gurland the site plans to look at and explained that at the Technical Review meetings they go over the plans thoroughly so they do not have to do it here at this meeting. She also stated that he was more then willing to come to these meetings. Mr. Linson told him that he will get back to the Board after he looks at it. Chairman Weston stated that if the County decides not to listen to what the Board recommended and docs not comply; they still have the jurisdiction to do what they want provided their work complies with applicable code regulations. Councilwoman McCartney spoke about Ordinance 2315-1, an ordinance amending Chapter 25-21.1 (d) Non-conforming uses, Structures and Lots, that they made recommendations to the Township Council about last month. She explained that the Council tabled it because the Town Attorney Ken Kaiser, after researching it, found that it exceeds their authority as a Municipality. Director Borg stated that they met this morning with attorneys and they are working on this ordinance togethcr. She also stated that the ordinance will not include a specific percentage in it. Councilwoman McCartney wanted to give the ordinance to the Board members to look at but Director Borg stated that she cannot because it is privileged information, Director Borg said that Pat Dwyer is the only one authorized to pass it out to Board members, GAPLANNING.
