ANNUAL REORGANIZATION e Chairperson @ Chairman Neuer handed the chair over to Mr. Schwarzbaum, Vice Chairman of the Board for nominations for Chairperson. Mr. Schwarzbaum asked for nominations for Zoning Board Chair. Mr. Philip Neuer was nominated by Mrs. Alice Weiss. There were no other nominations for Chair. Motion: A. Weiss Second: M.
