NO PUBLIC ADVOCATE QUESTIONS PUBLIC QUESTIONS e = Joe Krakoviak (20 Grandview Avenue) asked if a change for the sewer, electric, utilities, etc. were considered. Mr. Hals responded in the negative. Mr. Krakoviak asked if there was potential commercial parking considered. Mr. Hals said that this application is only changing old hotel space and does not believe that change questioned is necessary. Chairman Neuer announced that application ZB 21-08 Main West Orange LLC is carried to the March 24, 2022 Regular Meeting with no further notice required.
