APPLICATIONS 1. ZB-20-16/PS Atlantic Coast, LLC (Carried from 3/24/2022 Meeting) 424 Eagle Rock Avenue Block: 111; Lot: 1.08; Zone: B-2 Prelim. & Final Site Plan Approval w/variances to construct a storage unit facility -Chairman Neuer confirmed that this application was previously heard on September 9, 2021, October 28, 2021, December 16, 2021, January 20, 2022, and on March 24, 2022 where at the conclusion of March 24, 2022 meeting it was left that all testimony from the applicant has been completed. For this meeting, the Board will consider only sworn testimony under Public Comment, then closing remarks by applicant’s attorney (Ms. Lisa John-Basta, Esq.), finally concluding in Board Discussion and a vote on the application. PUBLIC COMMENT. e Ms. Sally Malanga (57 Ridge Road) was sworn under oath and objected to building next to a historic site like Crystal Lake and urged Board to deny application. ° Mr. Kevin Malanga (57 Ridge Road) was sworn under oath and expressed his dismay by how parking has been handled and feels applicant is being dishonest. He urged Board to deny application. ¢ Mr. Darren Tobia (24 Columbia Street) was sworn under oath and read letter referencing the memory of former Town Planner, Sue Borg and how this application tarnishes her memory. He urged Board to deny application. ¢ Mr. Steven Dwyer (71 Fairview Avenue) was sworn under oath, and said that he does not believe the application fits the area. He opined to say that he understands the need, but believes Eagle Rock should be preserved and urged Board to deny application.
