Ordinance 2694-22 On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of Certain Township of West Orange Employees Setting Forth Their Titles, Classification and Salary Ranges and Adopting a Salary Guide and Establishing the Employee’s Status as a Township Employee and Under the Guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 6, 2022. All members voting “Aye.” Pending Matters-New Matters-Council Discussion e Capital Improvement Budget Workshop dates e Special Meeting — Rent Leveling Board and Cannabis Task Force After a brief discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, the Council voted to combine the Special meeting of the Rent Leveling Board and the Cannabis Task Force on one evening. Councilwoman Matute-Brown, Councilwoman Williams and Council President McCartney voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Casalino and Councilman Rutherford voting “Nay.” e Town Pool On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Matute-Brown, the Council adjourned their public meeting and entered into an ABC Hearing.
