Should the Zoning Official determine that refuse and recycling produced on the site is excessive then the Zoning Official shall mandate that the Applicant retain and use a private refuse and/or recycling carter. 19. The roof will be replaced with a light color roof. 20. Employees will be instructed to park at the rear of the building. 21. The Applicant shall list all conditions of approval onto a final site plan submission.
