Show all pagesdrawings. They also revised the endorsement block to indicate endorsement by the Board of Adjustment not the Planning Board. On drawing AR-1, they just made a note indicating that what the exists presently on the buildings along with existing wood trims will remain. On drawing AR-2 location on the existing windows were revised to coordinate with the elevations. The second-floor layout was revised to eliminate the walk-up stairs to the attic, which allows them to add a bathroom to the front bedroom. Also, as a part of that reconfiguration, in order to add a deck to the rear of the building, they relocated the two bedrooms and bathroom that were located at the back of the building to allow a hallway for access to the deck. They also located a pull-down stair between the two bedrooms in the rear. Drawing number 3 shows the attic plan with the elimination of the dormers that were originally planned, indicator on the elevations and the walk-up stair it has been eliminated and it shows the location of the pull-down stairs within the attic space. The attic space will be used for storage. In the last drawing it shows again the elimination of the dormers, the deck has been added to the rear of the building and windows have been relocated, in order to address the changes on the plans on the second floor. Mr. Donat asked Mr. Salermo if he has been responsive to the comments and concerns from the board since the last meeting, Mr. Salermo answered in the affirmative. BOARD QUESTIONS e Mr. Eben asked about the height of the building being not consistent to the size of the walk-up stair in the basement and in the first floor. Mr. Salermo said that he will have to verify the plans and the height to better answer the question in the next meeting. Mr. Eben also asked if the new building codes will be added on the cover sheet. Mr. Salermo said that he is not required use the new codes since the old codes were adopted by the State of New Jersey as of September 6 and they have 6 moth grace period to use them. e CONDITIONS o The applicant has agreed to not convert the attic to occupancy and that it will only be used for storage.
