There was no motion made by the Council to approve the above referenced ordinance. Pending Matters-New Matters-Council Discussion e Consensus Appointment — Zoning Board — Alternate No. 4 A motion was made by Councilwoman Scarpa to approve the above referenced appointment. There was no second. The motion failed. ¢ Resolution of No Support for Township Attorney Richard Trenk On motion made by Councilman Rutherford and seconded by Councilwoman Ghebremicael to add the above referenced resolution to the 6.13.23 agenda was approved. Councilwoman Ghebremicael, Councilman Rutherford, Councilwoman Scarpa and Council President Williams voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Casalino voting “Nay.” * Resolution to Defund Legal Defense for Covid Vaccine Mandate Litigation Involving Police and Firefighters- WITHDRAWN e Resolution Separating Chief Financial Officer and Business Administrator Roles A discussion was held with regard to the above referenced ordinance. No action was taken. After a discussion was held by the Council to afford the opportunity of curing their application, The Library of NJ was given a deadline to submit their revised application to the Council by May 23, 2023. The Council will reply to the Township Clerk by May 25, 2023 as to their vote on the revision.
