A new set of plans that have all the details that the applicant has agreed to. 2 indoor parking spaces have to be compact spaces. Striping on the side of the building for fire trucks only. All the parking spaces will be numbered and the proposed parking spaces outside will be removed. e Ifafter five years the township dos not renew the off-site parking, the applicant will be required to return to the Planning Board to review parking. e All the conditions on Mr. Hess letter from March 31, 2023 will be written on the final site plan. The hours of delivery will be between 7:00AM till 9:00PM The roof will need to be light or reflective color. The fire sub code official will have to approve all the fire suppression equipment. Rain garden at the back of the building. The applicant will need to comply with all COAH requirements. The dumpster will be enclosed. The forester and planner will review what type of tree could be placed at the front of the building, so it does not intervene with traffic or the roots ruin the sidewalk.
