Mr. Alper asked if the existing letters of support recuses the Planning Board from making suggestions in land use regulations. Ms. McGovern said that the Planning Board reviews the ordinance and determines whether the revision or amendment is consistence with the Master Plan and can make recommendations in regard to those inconsistencies.
