All members voting “Aye.” Resolution 260-23 Resolution Authorizing a One-Year Contract Extension for Licensed Motor Vehicle Drivers, Midtown Direct Shuttle Bus Program for the Period August 1, 2023 To July 31, 2024 to Mobility Coach, Inc., 198 Renshaw Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07017, to Provide Six Licensed Motor Vehicle Operators In Both The Morning and the Evening and a Morning and Evening Supervisor for an Amount Not To Exceed $483,205.00. (Carballo) A motion to approve was made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino. All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance(s) on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2741-23 On motion made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5, Section 25.9(C) Of The Revised General Ordinances Of The Township Of West Orange (Massage Businesses) was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one that wished to be heard and the public hearing on this Ordinance was closed. On motion made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the ordinance was adopted. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2743-23 On motion made by Council President Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 4, Section 11.4 Of The Revised General Ordinances Of The Township Of West Orange (Shopping Carts: Impounding Fee) (Resolution 176-23) was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one that wished to be heard and the public hearing on this Ordinance was closed.
