Kevin Malanga at 57 Ridge Road said that it's reasonable to say that most tenants would be afraid of retaliation if they requested the landlord to install a stair lift just for them, he thinks that it's fair to say that we will never see a stair lift at that facility whether or not it's needed. It will be fair for the landlord to have it as a condition for approval to install the stairlift.
