The new additions will have white roofs and if it is determined that a new roof should be installed on the building, then Applicant shall install a white roof. Applicant must submit proof of approval of the facility from the Division of Children and Family Services to the Zoning Official. (This is not a condition precedent to the signing of plans, associated construction or a Certificate of Occupancy.) The Applicant shall list all conditions of, approval onto a final site plan submission prior to the submission of the building permit.
