PUBLIC COMMENT* CONDITIONS: ¢ The applicant will install odor mitigation system such as carbon filter ¢ The applicant shall confirm with the Township Engineer that the proposed space will meet retro fire code. In the event of power failure, they will close the facility and station security personnel. ¢ The applicant will provide additional lighting plan. ¢ The applicant will have cameras covering the entire exterior of the building and hallway. ¢ The applicant will make every effort to hire off-duty West Orange police officers to provide security. ¢ The applicant will comply with Item#14 from Mr. John Hess review memo regarding parking calculations and the other aspects. ¢ The applicant will provide survey to show all the stripped parking spaces as exist on site.
