e Paul Grygiel stated that due to the fact that the application is an inherently beneficial use, that the Applicant may be able to argue that they don’t need to provide any parking on site. Mr. Grygiel notes that the project will improve drainage on the site, and the visual appearance and bringing the site into conformity is a benefit.
