CARDOZA: Looking at the turn style at4 building, at the clubhouse, please.5 THE WITNESS: I think I'll preempt your6 comment here. I do need to work with Mr. Anderson, both7 those road links are two-way and he has the arrows8 backwards in circulatory area. So that will be9 corrected and that was also a CME comment.10 MR. CARDOZA: Okay.11 Looking at Building C. So still in this12 lot. The -- okay. So looking at the bottom parking13 garage entrance and exit of Building C. So not that14 one, that's just an exit. Over to the right.15 MR. KLEIN: The double --16 MR. CARDOZA: Right there.17 Same as the crosswalk suggestion at Building18 C.19 THE WITNESS: And stop sign and stop bar, we20 agree.21 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: So all crosswalks.22 MR. CARDOZA: I'm just pointing out the23 spaces that aren't explicitly marked at this moment on24 the plan.25 106 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: We'll make a condition1 that all will be marked with crosswalk and stop signs.2 MS. MCGOVERN: At all garage entrances and3 exits.4 MR. KLEIN: All sidewalks.5 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Is that acceptable?6 THE WITNESS: Yes.7 MR. KLEIN: All sidewalks.8 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: All right.9 MR. CARDOZA: Going up a little bit. The10 left side of Building C. So this main entrance to the11 lobby, this also looks very awkward how you have this,12 you have a ride up where you can, you know, drop a13 passenger off at the lobby and then it directly abuts14 another entrance and exit of probably the most utilized15 entrance and exit C. That's where the lot is. How do16 you envision people are supposed to make a left at that17 stop sign?18 THE WITNESS: They would proceed out and19 circulate around the parking lot in this area. This20 really is basically the drop to the lobby. Mostly mail21 and/or Uber drop. You know, it's not a very high volume22 location.23 MR. CARDOZA: So basically not much to24 offer?25 107 THE WITNESS: I don't disagree that it looks1 a little awkward. I've done this in the past, in this2 situation where we have driveways to lobbies, it is3 functional mostly because of the low volume of the drop4 area itself. And in this case we did incorporate the5 stop signs and stop bars to control that traffic.6 MR. CARDOZA: Okay. Thank you.7 MR. KLEIN: I'm sorry,
tly because of the low volume of the drop4 area itself. And in this case we did incorporate the5 stop signs and stop bars to control that traffic.6 MR. CARDOZA: Okay. Thank you.7 MR. KLEIN: I'm sorry, real quick. Before8 you leave. So maybe this is where you move the stop bar9 back to where the building and garage door is that way10 you can put the crosswalk across to connect to the11 sidewalks and then have the stop area. If I drop12 somebody off I either make the right turn in or I can13 make the U-turn or left turn and get out of the parking14 lot if somebody's stopped there under the building.15 MR. CARDOZA: That would make sense.16 THE WITNESS: I think I can look at that17 with Mr. Anderson and then coordinate that with CME and18 adjust that appropriately.19 MR. CARDOZA: Okay. Thank you.20 Can we look at Building A. Okay. That21 looks good. Building A-2, the turn style. Just to22 clarify. So you have two parking spaces at the end of23 the turn style, those aren't designated for anything24 specifically?25 108 THE WITNESS: That's correct.1 MR. CARDOZA: And then is that an entrance2 onto the green that I see? Specifically is that for3 maintenance or -- just under. Right there. Just under4 the two parking spaces, what is that?5 THE WITNESS: I'm going to defer that to Mr.6 Anderson. Oh, that's -- that is the dumpster area. I7 believe he testified to that, those locations during his8 testimony.9 MR. CARDOZA: Okay. Perfect. Thank you.10 So just scroll over just a little bit to the11 left. Thank you.12 The entrance, the main pedestrian entrance13 to Building A-1. Right there. That's the only one14 without an island and I guess that it did not fit, I'm15 guessing, I just wonder whether you have any idea why,16 maybe not as much distinction?17 THE WITNESS: I don't know that there was a18 specific design consideration there. If there's19 something you'd like us to look at in that area with20 CME.21 THE WITNESS: It's just a matter of space,22 that's all. I don't really care.23 THE WITNESS: Just really intended to be a24 pull off and then continue out area.25
