g. A motion was made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, to add to a future agenda, a moratorium on new artificial turf ficlds in West Orange. Councilwoman Rudin and Council President Krakoviak voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman Ghebremicael and Councilwoman Scarpa voting “Nay.” The motion FAILED, ABC Hearing-None At 2:36 a.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Ghebremicael and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Public meeting was adjourned and the Council entered into an ABC Hearing. All members present voting “Aye.” 755-25 Person to Person Transfer of Plenary Distribution License No. 0722-44-027-005 from Mountain Society, LLC to Wine Valley Outlet, LLC (Pocket License) (Clerk) On motion made by Councilwoman Ghebremicael and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved.
