Ordinance(s) on First Reading Ord. 2889-24 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Ghebremicael, An Ordinance Amending And Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-29.1, Speed Limits, General, Of The Revised General Ordinances Of The Township Of West Orange was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 11, 2025, All members present voting “Aye.” Ord. 2890-24 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, An Ordinance Amending And Supplementing Chapter 25 Of The Revised General Ordinances Of The Township Of West Orange Banning “Pop-Up” Parties was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 11, 2025. All members present voting “Aye.” Ord. 2891-24 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Rudin, An Ordinance Amending And Supplementing Chapter 2, Subsection 61, Pedestrian Safety Advisory Board Of The Revised General Ordinances Of The Township Of West Orange Establishing A Complete And Green Streets Advisory Committee And Creating A Complete And Green Streets Policy was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 25, 2025. All members present voting “Aye.” Ord. 2892-24 On motion made by Council President Krakoviak and. seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Sections 57.1, 57.2, And 57.6 General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Open Space and Recreation Committee and Trust Fund) was approved as amended on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 11, 2025. All members present voting “Aye.” A motion was made by Councilwoman Ghebremicael and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino to amend the ordinance as follows: 2-57.1 Establishment of Open Space and Recreation Committee. There is hereby established an Open Space and Recreation Committee which shall consist of seven members whose terms and functions are hereinafter set forth
