PRESENTATION - Mr. Sullivan presented Mr James McDonough, Planner on the record. He was sworn under oath and credentials were accepted by the Board. - Mr. McDonough presented Exhibits A-1 to A11 to be entered into the formal record. ° O° oo0o000000 - Mr. McDonough said that this application seeks D1 Variance relief in the OB2 Zone. It makes an efficient use of the land, especially considering that the existing conditions of the site are not changing. - Mr. Sullivan announced that they are abandoning the classification of this site as a hospital, and will be utilizing it as a conditional use. After deliberation, Vice Chairperson Scott announced that application ZB-24-12 Zinnia/LS Canterbury being carried with preservation of notice to the April 17, 2025, Regular Meeting.
