Residence Address No. of Spaces Location 120 Elm Street 1 Beginning 35 feet east of the easterly curb line of Mississippi Avenue extended, and extending 20 feet cast, Section 2. Subsections 7-32.2, Restricted Parking Zones of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): 7-32.2 Restricted Parking Zones. Pursuant to N.J.S.A 39:4-197.6, Restricted Parking Zones, as defined in N.J.S.A. 39:4-207.6¢e, are established in front of the following residences as indicated on the Tax Maps of the Township of West Orange, at the specified locations. Parking within a specific zone is restricted to the motor vehicle issued a permit pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.7, In accordance with NJS.A., 39:4-197.6 parking is permitted in the Restricted Parking Zone except when prohibited in front of the residence by other sections of this Chapter. Residence Address No. of Spaces Location 48 Park Terrace 1 Beginning 682 feet west of the westerly curb line of Main Street, and extending 20 feet west. 42 Wellington Avenue 1 Beginning 124 feet west of the westerly curb line of Oakridge Road and extending 20 feet west. Section 3. If any provision of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid provision(s) or application(s) and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4, This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with law and upon the approval of the New Jersey Department of Transportation if required. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to tead the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one that wished to be heard and the public hearing on this Ordinance was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman Ghebremicael and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced ordinance was passed on second and final reading. 6
