The facilities shall also be clean and in good order and the hours of recovery of vehicles shail be prominently posted and previously approved in writing by the Township. A licensee must have, at least, the following hours of recovery: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. IV. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES Any Ordinances of the Township which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict, Vv. SEVERABILITY If any part of this Ordinance shall be deemed invalid, such parts shall be severed and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this Ordinance. VIL EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with the law, The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one that wished to be heard and the public hearing on this Ordinance was closed. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, the above referenced ordinance was TABLED. All members present voting “Aye.” Ord, 2921-25 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, Bond Ordinance Providing for Various 2025 Capital Acquisitions and Improvements, by and in the Township of West Orange, in the County Of Essex, State of New Jersey, Appropriating $635,000 Therefore and Authorizing the Issuance of $605,600 Bonds or Notes of the Township to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof was taken up on second and final reading. Councilwoman Casalino and Council President Krakoviak voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Rudin and Councilwoman Scarpa voting “Nay.” The motion to approve FAILED. Ordinance(s) on First Reading Ord. 2922-25 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Rudin, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-29.1. Speed Limits in General of The Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 20, 2025.
