A motion was made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino to re-appoint Ms. Roz Moskowitz as the Council Consensus appointment to the above referenced commission. All members present voting “Aye.” At 1:15 a.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Council adjourned the Public meeting and entered into the ABC Hearing. All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Hearing Resolution 769-25 Hearing on Renewal for 2025-2026 License Term-Angelito’s, LLC, 0722-33-039-008 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 779-25 Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2025-2026 License Term (Clerk) Resolution Subject to Change as Additional Licensees Pay their Fees Prior to the Meeting. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” At 1:21 a.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the ABC Hearing was adjourned.
