Dispatch There was no one else who wished to be heard, and the public comment portion of the agenda was closed, Ordinance(s) on Second and Final Reading Ord. 2935-25 On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 25, Section 11.10 Regarding Outdoor Cafes, was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, NEW JERSEY that Chapter 25, Section 11.10 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange be and are hereby amended as follows: L PURPOSE ~~ ‘The purpose of this ordinance is to modify the fines set forth in Chapter 25, Section 11.10 of the” Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange to require additional standards to be met regarding outdoor cafes located in the Township.
