PRESENTATION ¢ The attorney, Mark Fleder, on behalf of the applicant, appreciates the opportunity to be heard. This is a courtesy review as provided by the New Jersey Statute 40:55 D-31. e The architect, Mr. Piga, filed a written report explaining the proposed renovations to the Gibbons exhibit that's already at the zoo. © This is a proposed renovation project. In particular, from a planning perspective, it's a minor matter because the building is proposed to be enlarged by only 125 square feet in its rear section. e The architect, Michael Piga, entered on the record, he was sworn under oath, and his credentials were accepted by the board. He testified to the following: e Mr. Piga authored and signed the letter of July 2, 2025, which was addressed to the township that explained the proposed project known as Renovations of the Gibbons
