I don't know what the Mayor's response was.7 Counselwoman Scarpa, Mr. Alper, Mr. Wilkes and Ms.8 Kapferer. So we would have a quorum August 13 and we9 also would have a quorum, as my records show, for August10 25. That would be Dr. Bagoff, Mr. Guarino, Counciwoman11 Scarpa, Mr. Alper, Mr. Wilkes, Mr. Cardoza and Ms.12 Kapferer. So we have two special meetings, one that13 again, that August 25 date is a Monday, the room is14 open. I did convey that to both attorneys. I know Mr.15 Plocker you gave your okay for them.16 Mr. Afran, you have witnesses for these17 days?18 MR. AFRAN: Yeah, I've been trying to figure19 that out. I believe -- well, I don't know about Mr.20 Litwornia, I am assuming by the 25th, did you say the21 25th not the 27th?22 MS. McGOVERN: 25th and the 13th.23 MR. AFRAN: Yeah, Monday the 25th. I assume24 by the 25th, I can't say for sure but I assume he'll be25 126 all right. We believe we have witnesses.1 MR. PANNULLO: We'll have witnesses both2 dates. If you set them we'll have them.3 MR. AFRAN: I believe we have people lined4 up. I just can't say about Mr. Litwornia specifically5 in terms of recovery.6 MR.
