This4 application is 496 units in mid height buildings, four5 story buildings. That's what I looked at. I didn't6 look at, I didn't look at single family homes.7 THE PUBLIC: So in your experience 80 to 908 single family homes capacity or the discharge that would9 be coming from that would be approximately how much?10 THE WITNESS: I have to do the calculation.11 THE PUBLIC: Okay. It would be less than12 what --13 THE WITNESS: Oh, absolutely. Absolutely14 less. Yeah. Unless there's ten room houses or15 something, but if they're normal houses.16 THE PUBLIC: Three to four rooms?17 THE WITNESS: Four, five bedrooms. There's18 some big houses around here. Beautiful big homes. I19 visited one today.20 THE PUBLIC: I have a question for the town21 engineer, Mr. Chair.22 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Mr. Green right now.23 THE PUBLIC: That was it.24 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Thank you.25 98 THE WITNESS: You're welcome.1 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Do any other members of2 the public have a question for Mr. Green on his3 testimony?4 Please come up.5 THE PUBLIC: Thank you. Susan Pannullo. I6 live within the 200-foot notification range and I have a7 few questions, actually leveraging off the prior8 speaker.9 Thank you. Where are the utility crossings?10 How do you get to the mountain top? How does that work.11 How do the utility crossings get to the mountain top?12 How do they go. Do they cross existing sewers or is it13 necessary to rip up Warren Road. How did they get14 there?15 THE WITNESS: The water, the sewers going to16 be separated and under the street somewhere.17 THE PUBLIC: So do they have to rip up the18 road in order to get those sewer lines up there?19 THE WITNESS: Well, I would assume they have20 to dig trenches before they put the road in. But, you21 know.22 THE PUBLIC: Thank you.23 THE WITNESS: If the roads there they're24 going to have to break it up.25 99 THE PUBLIC: Break the road up. Okay. Got1 it. Thank you.2 How many types of utility lines will they3 need for gas, electric, sanitary lines? Like what are4 the different kinds of lines that have to get up there?5 THE WITNESS: All those plus water.6 THE PUBLIC: Okay.7 THE WITNESS: I envision you have a8 eight-inch waterline coming

ry lines? Like what are4 the different kinds of lines that have to get up there?5 THE WITNESS: All those plus water.6 THE PUBLIC: Okay.7 THE WITNESS: I envision you have a8 eight-inch waterline coming from some source, maybe9 where the existing water plant is being expanded maybe,10 if they can do that. I don't know. Now you got an11 eight inch line going all the way up to this water tower12 I'm suggesting they need and then from there you're13 going to have six or eight-inch lines coming back down14 to each of the separate buildings that go under the15 street. So you got not just one line going up there you16 got up and then coming back.17 THE PUBLIC: And how do they get under the18 street?19 THE WITNESS: Up there they're going to have20 to blast.21 THE PUBLIC: Blast. Okay.22 THE WITNESS: It's rock, right.23 THE PUBLIC: Thank you.24 All right. And then last question, are25 100 sprinkler systems of any use to fight a forest fire?1 How does that work.2 THE WITNESS: It will work great if you put3 the sprinkler all over on the trees.4 THE PUBLIC: So what would you need to fight5 a forest fire in terms of water sources?6 THE WITNESS: You need hydrants every couple7 hundred feet.8 THE PUBLIC: And how does that work? Like,9 how do the hydrants get there.10 THE WITNESS: You got pipes dedicated to11 feeding them and they're at least six or eight-inches in12 diameter.13 THE PUBLIC: And how do they get to like --14 do you have to bust up the road to get those there?15 THE WITNESS: Yeah, they're going to go16 parallel with all the other pipes that we talked about.17 THE PUBLIC: You got to blast?18 THE WITNESS: Yeah, blast. It's rock.19 THE PUBLIC: All right. Thank you.20 THE WITNESS: Probably trap rock.21 THE PUBLIC: Got it.22 All right. Thank you, sir. Okay.23 CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Thank you very much.24 Any other member of the public have25
