THE WITNESS: I am not a statistician. I have no idea. MR. ALPER: Is it a non zero chance? THE WITNESS: Oh, it's definitely a non zero chance. I can say, as we say when we testify, it's within a reasonable degree of engineering scientific certainty, which really is a 50/50. So 50/50. MR. ALPER: He said a 50/50 chance.
