So one of our concerns is if there's any appreciable impact from this development, you know, basically washing out Oval Road. And that's going to have a drastic impact on West Orange infrastructure there and Essex Fells infrastructure. The other thing, again, by reference to my testimony, I talked about a sewer uplift station. That's not shown on this video, but based on where we just were 30 seconds ago in this video, when you're looking at that culvert from here, that sewer uplift station is just to the left of this video. So what happens is this wall of water from West Orange also blocks the culvert from Essex Fells where the sewer uplift station is. So that water backs up, even though the sewer uplift station is probably, estimate, 40 feet to the left. That's the one where we're, I talked about $200,000 repair we're doing this year to that. That's a significant sewer infrastructure station for the Borough of Essex Fells. We can't let that sort of go under our impact of our future stormwater impact. If it's damaged by additional flooding we have a major problem. Please continue. Again, this is looking the other way, back
