I can't see it from here but members of the board say they see December 28. THE WITNESS: Yeah, might -- MR. KLEIN: It's in the title of the video. THE WITNESS: Might be a typo. MR. KLEIN: The time is there too, 7:52. CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: We're going to take his testimony because he took it, so whatever he says. You got a difference of five days. MR. KLEIN: Ten days. CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Maybe a typo. Sir, you took the video? THE WITNESS: Yeah. I didn't do the wording, I took the video. CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: So that's what I said, you will testify to when the video was taken based on your records. THE WITNESS: Yes. CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Go right ahead, sir. MR. AFRAN: You heard Mayor Davis's testimony? THE WITNESS: Yes.
