In your understanding Mr. Goll, to what extent is the Army Corps of Engineers standards and manual representing the standard of care in the engineering profession? A. All engineers and geotechnical engineers follow that standard of care. It's something that we reference off of. So it's something to go by. A lot of other organizations also then refer to the Army Corps of Engineers or American Society of Civil Engineers and other professional organizations in the engineering field. MR. AFRAN: Thank you.
