As a geological technical engineer from your standpoint, do you think that the wetlands or the ground of the project is sound enough for a water tower to be supported? MR. AFRAN: May I interject. I think there was a comment that a water tower might be needed for some functions, it's not in the plans. CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Right. MR. AFRAN: It's not our position that there is a water tower in the plans at present. So perhaps that would help the community members. THE PUBLIC: So if there was going to be one in the -- if the project needed it, would it be support by the ground? THE WITNESS: I would need to do a very detailed geotechnical investigation into the location of that water tower before I make a conclusion. But it's, you know, if, you know, I am not going to make a guess as to that because I don't know the size. I don't know how many gallons, all that stuff definitely adds some load. To support a development this size it would be sizable. THE PUBLIC: And worst case scenario in case
