MR. PLOCKER: All right. And correct me if I am wrong and I may be wrong, I am not trying to put words in your mouth. Did you testify at one point there was a specific point on the property in your analysis that had a point 79 factor of safety. Did I hear that correctly? THE WITNESS: That was downhill. It was a very -- it was an anomaly. MR. PLOCKER: So, but a point 79 would indicate a failure, correct? THE WITNESS: Well, we've gotten actually -- we've done slope stability and I said -- we've done a slope stability analysis where we had actually a factor of safety of less than one. It doesn't mean it's going to immediately fail, but it's -- there's an incipient potential for failure. MR. PLOCKER: Are you aware if there's been any failure? THE WITNESS: Where? MR. PLOCKER: Where you analyzed the point 79.
