We will call Mr. Litwornia and Litwornia Associates at the next meeting. We will proceed now to a statement, I guess, I am not sure what number to call this, but it's a statement by Mr. Jonathan -- MS. MCGOVERN: 0-24. MR. AFRAN: Okay. It's is a statement by Mr. Jonathan Redwine, who's a member of the West Orange Environmental Commission who will read both a letter and a resolution of the commission and I understand before Mr. Redwine does that, Mr. Plocker has a statement to make.
